The following is a brief description of why I am choosing to post photos on this website.

In the first half of 2004, my Fiance' and I spent time studying in New Zealand. During this time, my first point and shoot digital camera (4.0 Megapixel Elph, by Canon) soon became an always present addition to my body. With all of the spectacular scenery I began to think about how I could best capture images that might otherwise be lost.

When I returned to Duluth, MN I realized I wouldn't be there forever either, and began searching for memorable images. I continue this mentality while I live in the Twin Cities, and will soon be moving to the Western slope of the Rockies in Colorado.

I have recently begun to update camera equipment and take on a few professional gigs. It isn't easy as one step leads to another, which usually results in taking a risk money-wise.

I hope to continue to gather knowledge about this great opportunity and hope everyone viewing can see how my images take shape over the years to come.
